“In the first grade I brought one of my mothers friend's Monkees scrapbook to show and tell. The first record I ever bought was More Of The Monkees. I have no idea why I had this obsession with a band that was broken up before I was born and not considered "real". But my obsession continues. They had this incredible team of songwriters and musicians behind them and they are some of the best pop songs ever recorded...Pleasant Valley Sunday is one of my all time favorite songs. In my high school sociology class I did a report on it.”
