Tamborines & Astropop 3 On You Tube

Missing out on some music videos? live show clips? Well by strolling over to youtube.com you can catch a glimpse of things you otherwise might be missing. We've previously linked you to Jim Reid's (Jesus & Mary Chain, Freeheat) live tracks from his recent UK shows, now you can view London's The Tamborines performing their hit single "Sally O' Gannon" at the UK venue The Buffalo Bar. The band is fresh off their two show stint with California indie heroes The Brian Jonestown Massacre. You can check out more news on the Tamborines mini tour, single release in the next PSR site update.

Dakota Suite, Tamborines, and Linda Draper

Several Planting Seeds' artists hit the stage with not to be missed live performances in the months of October - December 2006, in support of their upcoming releases.

NYC songsmith Linda Draper showcases new tracks from her upcoming EP "Traces Of" and her full length CD "Keepsake" - Catch her with NYC performances at the legendary Bitter End on October 19, 2006 at 7:30PM and at The Knitting Factory on November 25, 2006 at 8PM. London's The Tamborines hit the road for a two show jaunt with indie stars The Brian Jonestown Massacre. On October 25,2006 the tour hits Trent University in Nottingham, followed by a show in Bristol at Anson Rooms. The band is in support of it's critically acclaimed single "Sally O' Gannon" (due out shortlyin the USA right here onn PSR!)- NME raves "Insanely catchy chorus + INCREDIBLY LOUD guitars = perfect pop music!" Planting Seeds' alum Dakota Suite are also set for a return. Chris Hoosen and Co. are preparing for a show on November, 11 2006 at Teatre Principal Castello, for a Spanish festival inbetween Barcelona and Valencia. "Traces Of" Linda Draper

NYC songsmith Linda Draper is back with a new CDEP, "Traces Of" (PSRCD-047) due out November 7, 2006. The single will be the first from her forthcoming CDLP "Keepsake" (PSRCD-048) due early 2007. Freeheat/Jesus And Mary Chain/Jim Reid Sightings

Freeheat have been sited in a variety of publications. They recently appeared on Dagger's August Top CD list with "Back On The Water" as well as appearing in the latest MOJO magazine's (Issue #155, October 2006) Top 10 play list-with the track "What Goes Around." The same issue features a six page spread on The Jesus & Mary Chain's early years. Ben Lurie also discusses Freeheat in all new interviews: check out Red Alert along with a chat with Penny Black Music (UK).
